Yeah I did like everyone else and got myself a formspring! But I'd love for all of you to ask me anything!
In the meantime I am going to post something more worthwhile here very soon, I promise. I have recieved full usage permission of a fab new camera and so hopefully some nice shots will be coming your way. In the meantime...
Stay pretty and happy!

So all day I was thinking about what to post for my V-day entry.
I considered talking about one of my favorite films, Drop Dead Fred. I know it's not a "great" film by most people's standards, but that film has meant loads to me over the course of my life and has been a stand by I can return to and feel empowered by. But then I thought that on Valentine's day, many of you won't be looking at blogs. Some of you will be with your loved ones, some of you will be with your significant others, and some of you--like me--will be spending tonight alone.
The beauty of the story in Drop Dead Fred, though, is that Elizabeth, the main character, does not need a man in her life to be happy. And that's what I want to focus on right now.
Love is special, I'll give you that. It's important and so incredible to have, it should really be cherished. But there's more than one kind of love in the world--there's maybe a million!
The love of a friend, the love of a parent, the love of a pet, the love of a stranger who you admire, the love of a partner, the love of a hobbie, the love of an ideal, the love of yourself!!
So everyone, remember exactly how special you are and how perfect and infinitely unique you are and love yourself for that. That's the best gift to get on Valentine's Day.
In the meantime, I have a date with a bottle of wine and a lot of fashion sites.
